5. Client Responsibilities

6. Payments, Refunds & Billing

  • All services are billed as agreed upon in written quotes or contracts

  • Invoices are payable in advance or on a recurring basis, depending on the package

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where Highleapmedia fails to deliver agreed services, at our sole discretion

  • Late or missed payments may result in paused services or cancellation

7. Intellectual Property

All original materials created by Highleapmedia (ad creatives, landing pages, website content, ad copies, etc.) remain our property until full payment is made. After payment, usage rights may be transferred, except in cases where third-party licensing restrictions apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highleapmedia shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Lost revenue or business opportunities

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, email providers)

Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services in question.
